Abstract | Digital transformation is one of the most critical drivers of innovation, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage in the modern business environment. However, the successful implementation of digital transformation goes beyond technological adoption to include appropriate change management strategies that align organizational objectives, engage stakeholders, and overcome resistance. This paper discusses the many facets through which change management plays its role in digital transformation and highlights its importance for overcoming resistance to change, organizational misalignment, and technology adoption hurdles. It does so by discussing, among other key elements, leadership, communication, and training; it also provides actionable strategies and real-world case studies for integrating change management into digital initiatives. |
