Abstract | In modern Human Resources (HR) management, the necessity to streamline administrative processes and eliminate redundancy has become paramount. This study examines the potential of agentic artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionize HR operations, with a particular focus on reducing redundant tasks. By employing agentic AI, HR departments can achieve higher efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. This research investigates various AI models and their applications in automating repetitive tasks such as resume screening, employee onboarding, and performance evaluations. The findings suggest that integrating agentic AI into HR practices not only enhances productivity but also allows HR professionals to focus on more strategic and value-adding activities. Ultimately, this study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI's transformative impact on organizational processes, paving the way for more innovative and adaptive HR solutions. |
