Abstract | SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) is a critical Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that connects various business functions across organizations, ranging from finance to supply chain management. The complex nature of the system combined with its need for individual customization demands intensive testing to achieve successful deployment. The whitepaper provides an exhaustive testing approach for SAP systems that align with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This document provides step-by-step instructions for essential testing procedures including requirements analysis and test case development, defect tracking and regression testing as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This document serves as a practical guide for those who are new to SAP testing and need support to manage the platform's specific challenges and testing requirements. |
